Last week something annoying happened. I was dumping something into the toilet and ended up dropping something into it. I tried to fish it out but before I could, it went all the way down. It has a wrap around porch that we are adding a swing and rocking chairs on. I cannot wait to spend our evenings sipping a bevarage and relaxing out front.

This won’t be a quick renovation but I’m looking forward to seeing what we can do. I plan to spend the rest of my life in this house and making memories that last a lifetime.

My mom went through a rough couple of years because of cancer treatments. Thankfully, she is in full remission right now. Every year, a friend of mine has a Christmas party. He invites me, and every time I go, I always stand out because I’m the only person who comes without a date. Many of the homes in my neighborhood had been vandalized during the day. To find out for sure, I called ADT Seattle and had them install a security system with cameras in my home. I figured that whoever did the vandalizing once would be back to do it again.

I went to work like I usually do every week, as many of the other residents in the neighborhood. The next vandal attack wasn’t immediate. Nearly a week passed before it actually happened, and when it did, the cameras recorded everything. I was right about the vandalism not being caused by a bear.
